Not in my opinion. They do usually run a bit higher than the 450's, their performance is about the same as, but this $190 is way too high, I've seen them for $115-120 where the 400/450's run 85-90.
There's also some cci 41's that pop up, again about like 450 in performance, but with the mil-spec cup hardness.
