The main things with 6.5 Grendel are 1. getting your first batch of brass, (whether from your fired factory ammo, new brass, or both), 2. getting good dies, 3. primers, bullets, powder, and 4. preferably a headspace comparator for your calipers.
This is assuming you already have a press, calipers, powder measure, load trays, case lube, scale, funnel, etc.
