I use brass plated steel cases 7.62x39 which cost 4 rubles (5 cents) without a primer.
I run them in 6.5 grendel full size Lee and shoot with 30gn 223 spherical powder and 100gr Nosler Custom Competition.
It's fast, not very accurate, but hits steel well up to 640 meters.
And yes, I dont need to pick cases up in the snow or grass after the shot))))).
