But any Rem 700 action would work under these circumstances also, it's the barrel/barrel nut that allows you to DIY.
Yes but the issue find a correct bolt head, Remington did not make a grendel, so your adding cost for a gunsmith and I have not seen any 700 actions less than $500 add bolt cost and your not far off the origin cost and I would say is a better action. If you have to ability to do your own machine work then a 700 might be the better option to save a few hundred $$. Again not everyone has the tooling or skills, this option while expensive is something 99% can build.
