4895 can get you there and has been used for years in reduced loads, Hodgdon has instructions for reduced loads, I never have loaded for the Creedmoor but we did workup an accurate load for the 7mm-08 with 120gr Nose BT at Grendel velocities for a friends kids. Worked well on deer and was sub MOA in their rifle.
