I agree! Even though Ive got very narrow set eyes, think cyclops!
I still find the Savage accufit cheek risers uncomfortably narrow! The Victor check piece has a lot going for it, its solid, comfortable, at least for me, weather proof, cheap, durable, lightweight but ..and theres always a but! I just find it mud fence ugly! What are you gonna do?
