I was almost shocked when you said 123gr ELD-M was your go-to bullet, but we know that it exhibits relatively consistent controlled expansion and penetration.
To think you are reliably taking that wide of a variety of game from yotes to moose is really impressive and demonstrates how versatile the cartridge is.
Typically, we have heard that you would need at least 2 different rifles for those tasks, for example using the .243 for yotes and deer, while using at least a .270 Win for elk and moose.
You could use the .270 Win for yotes, but its a lot of powder and energy to expend for such small game.
