OP, I'm glad you're ok.
I would replace the barrel just for peace of mind. Is it ok? Probably, but I'd worry about a mishap if one of the kids were shooting it. Not worth it in my opinion.
Also, seems like it has a short throat, so in my mind it's a bad part. Scrap it.
My two Grendel's get significant pressure sign with AR Comp around 27.5 grn. Others use way more, but no way I could with my lot of powder.
