I have never loaded IMR4895 or H4895 but according to the burn rate chart H4895 is one line faster than IMR4895. My Hornady data list a max charge of 26.6 grains of H4895 with 100 FPS more velocity than IMR4895 max load of 26.1 grains. Everything Ive seen has always given the velocity advantage to H4895 over IMR4895 in the 6.5 Grendel. In cases with more capacity IMR4895 might be closer to H4895 in velocity. It appears to me the burn rate of H4895 is more suited to the case capacity of the 6.5 Grendel.
