Adjustable gas block needed?

Only if you plan on using a suppressor. My 18” Group Buy Faxon supposedly has a .076” gas port with a mid length gas system and it runs perfect with the supplied carbine buffer and spring with an A-2 flash hider. I think .078” is close enough to mine you should be gtg or go with a little heavier buffer. If you ever plan on using a suppressor I’d suggest an adjustable gas block, adjustable carrier or carrier key like sold by Rubber City Armory.
