Honestly, both Sico cans you are talking about suppress the 6.5 G beautifully. I wouldn't even change endcaps in order to reduce back pressure which will keep port pop down and the gas out of your face.
In terms of wear and tear, it will largely depend on how hot you are getting the can.
6.5G is one of my favorite calibers to suppress and from my experience will be outdoor hearing safe for hunting even being on a 10.5" barrel.
