Klem wrote years ago, (not a direct quote but the same meaning), that a group could be shot that prints 5 through one ragged hole. However, that same barrel may never do that again. Ever! It was an anomaly.
And in the great grand plan of the cosmos, a BCA barrel has a chance of being an exceptional shooter. Hell, I even have a chance of being a great shooter! Every dog has his day. But if Vegas were to do the odds, well, not so great a chance.
