Yes, it's a statistical aberration.
It's all about statistical averages. You will not be getting an average of 0.36MOA in an AR, with a DD barrel and PSP bullets. 0.36MOA assumes a Normal curve, so some groups will be even tighter, and some groups will be wider than 0.36. Plus, not discounting a single bullet - being honest and including all the 'fliers'. If however, every group with that combination is on average 0.36 then you need to contact DD because they will buy it back off you for a handsome price so they can frame it on the wall in their Head Office.
My limited experience of DD barrels is a 14.5" pencil barrel shooting 1.14MOA on average; 8 x four-round groups from the bench with a NF scope - factory Aussie Outback ammo which uses 55gn Sierra Blitz Kings. Best group was 0.5MOA and worst group was 1.7MOA.
