New here, looking for optic suggestions

Went ahead and got the Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x24. For it for $329 so felt like a steal. I’ll see how this performs on the pigs and maybe down the rod find something else.

I was going to go Strike Eagle but watched a vid showing where the reticle wasn't fully illuminated. So may want to check that out when you get the scope. I got my scope from Scopelist and had no issues.
