fast lock time helps with off hand shooting a bit. that being said, im waiting for the G HSNM to arrive.

how to test? 1/4" grid paper, trigger fixture (like the larue or similar.. super cheap), high speed camera on phone and acoustic recording analysis. the methodology for measuring the speed isnt that complicated. Having an all in one spit out a number instantly device seems pricey but if you are willing to do some setup and some math its achievable for under $35.
