Thats about what Ive experienced with my F1 can. I built all my internals from 17-4 round stock, then figure out I could buy them cheaper than I can make em!! Its as quiet as any commercial can Ive been around. I personally like 30 cal on all my hosts for reduced blow back, even on my bolt guns. Seems to keep my barrel/ chamber cleaner.
