Lots of panthers, weathermen, weather underground, marxists, dating all the way back to the 60's and 70's.
Think William Ayers. O true he's white but they don't mean to include him, he's one of their marxist thought leaders.
They sound like domestic terrorists.
It is not about the 2A at all. They are playing a semantics game, hiding behind 2A like terrorists do behind human shields.
The 2A was written that "a well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
Notice several things - not that domestic terrorists would even begin to look for clear as-written language:
1. A well-regulated militia: this is an armed force that is "well regulated", ie under some kind of discipline and control, not a blm mob.
2. necessary to the Security of a free State: they are not advocating any security, nor for a sovereign State of the US (note that, in the Constitution 3 distinct groups of people are specified: the States, the people, and the federal government. All 3 are distinct.) They are not advocating protection of any of the 50 states, they want to tear everything in those states down. They are looking to loot and steal anything they can get their hands on.
I can go on and on. It is a total bag of BS and double speak.
And violence.
2A simply does not apply to that situation. Unless someone needs to defend life/family/free State against the violence threatened by such groups.
