These look to be targeted directly at the PRS Production Division and make the cut by $5. A little bit of a head scratcher at first to see ARC offered, but then again, none of the short action 6mm calibers (BR, Dasher, etc.) have much in the way of factory ammo aside from some pricey Scandinavian BR ammo, so it gives a lighter recoiling/ longer barrel life option than the Creedmoors. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of these end up being practice rifles, too, especially the .223 and .308.
