And I completely disagree with your outlook on my underrating / conservative measuring. If I say I caught a fish 15 long, you know you can count that I will produce a fish no less than 15.... not fish story measured via the man-ruler (haha)

No need for the fish metaphor, I understand what you are doing and why - but in doing it you are selling your test short. There is enough quality of data for you to working in exact metrics, rather than in 'more than' or 'less than'.
Given the incremental differences in that tuner, if any, will be minute your testing is begging for precise measurements.
