To answer your question why ask:
I know about geissele, watched the videos, know what marketing is. What I asked is who has the fastest lock time. Not the most reliable, most popular, etc. Fastest lock time off the shelf. The timney calvin elite is measured as one of the fastest and was purchased based on recommendations in this thread to do the research, see what people are running etc. It hadn't occurred to me to look at what the 3 gun guys run and watch the splits. Looking into the subject further, I found where people were outrunning their g triggers...don't like the rolling feel of hiperfire, and found the most success was in the timney providing the pull, lock time, reset etc they were after and could not out run the trigger itself. Maybe it wasn't recommended directly, but certainly was indirectly.
My next planned steps are to replace the ra with a hi-speed NM and recompare once I figure out a good, accurate,, repeatable method of measurement with my current resources. I have a buddy that can send a new one to test with so it did not need to be purchased.
Looking at test fixtures and thinking of using an acoustic measurement system as the resolution I can achieve at home is much higher than a video system without some serious investment.
