Plus one on the Kroil....This stuff is almost magical at freeing screws. I have a collection of different size Pyrex beakers depending on the size of the part. I put the part in the appropriated size beaker with Kroil and put the beaker in my ultrasonic cleaner. I keep my cleaner filled with a working solution of Italian Gun Grease Stiletto Gun Bath which is the best I have ever used. The combination of Kroil and the high frequency vibrations has yet to fail me.
