Siezed gas block adjustment screw

My 2 piece JP gas block screw was inaccessible under the handguard since it's on the side. Never touched it but then again, I never needed to because I ran the same load for years. Now it is completely stuck and can bend a thin allen wrench far more than I thought it could be bent. My two thoughts are soaking it in Boretech Carbon Remover* or putting into the ultrasonic cleaner (I do have Hornady parts cleaning solution). Unsure of either approach since I might end up filling the narrow insides with sludge as it is broken free. Wondering is anyone has tried either method and has been successful.

* Not soliciting cleaning solution recommendations. We all have our favorites.

I would put it in the ultrasonic cleaner and keep running it till it breaks free and the adjustment screw can be moved again.

Then spray it with your choice of cleaner while working the screw in and out fully a few times.
