I got a notice earlier this afternoon that Primary Arms has the non-blems in stock and have one of those coming too. Not sure what I’ll do with the second, but one will end up as a 6ARC SBR.

I’m with biodsl, the thermal fitting is the way to go. On my first BCM build last December with an Odin 18” 6ARC barrel I had to freeze the barrel as well as heat the upper. Once I slid them together they locked up rock solid.

Agreed. I had to freeze and heat for both a BCM and a Noveske. I won't buy another upper that doesn't require a thermal fit. The others feel sloppy in comparison.
