I agree people need training, "but Montana has had concealed carry for more than 94% of the state" for decades. It is in city limits that it is also now legal to carry concealed. I don't share your doom and gloom for concealed carry in the city limits, since residents have been doing it out side the city limits and in their vehicles for decades. Other states that had Constitutional carry for years, have not had any problems either. That said, it is the citizens responsibility to understand the law and know they are responsible for their decisions and actions. It's called freedom..
