Short stroke on new build

It is staked and *seems* to have a good seal.

I put the PSA BCG in my .223 and it was flawless over 200 rounds. I'm thinking that the 6.5 needs tighter tolerances for it to run well, as my 223 is likely over gassed.

Same problem with a PSA bolt/carrier assembly on a new build. 16” Monster bbl, carbine complete lower off another rifle. Rifle would fire and eject but not lock open. Opened the oOden adjustable gas block all the way. No difference. Replaced AGB with a new standard gas block. No different. Changed bolt/carrier with another rifle.. no difference. Changed to a different complete carbine lower, no difference. Drilled out gas port from .072 to .089. Bingo! (This operation not for the faint of heart). Do a search on this. Pay attention to Montana’s thread on this.. hth
