I haven't done a good DEEP clean of the chamber or bore, just a brush and wipe for the most part, I trim my brass every time i load, and chamfer I/S, O/S

Clean the chamber as A5 mentioned. If it moves freely without ammunition then the issue has to be with the round or chamber. Try chambering a piece of resized brass. Maybe something went wrong with resizing. It wouldn’t be apparent to the eye but could cause a stuck case.

I should have read your other post. If you tried factory ammo and it stuck it has to be the chamber. I’ve read before that a little rust can build up in there if it has not been run for a while. Clean that chamber up good see if that helps.
