I am sure some think it is Vista's responsibility but I don't. I am sure they are producing at max or near max. And I am sure they won't be investing in any more capital goods because in four or six months this will be over and they will either be legislated out of business or the demand will drop back to their normal capabilities. Just wish they would be up front about it and quantify their statements with numbers.
