Very few barrels shoot consistently before they are fouled. There are some rifles that will copper foul due to a bad bore or very high velocity. Then you have to figure out how many rounds to foul the bore and how many rounds till it’s copper fouled. I get rid of guns like that, more trouble than they are worth. I will say I use copper fouling erasing powders in some of my finicky calibers such as .17’s, the stuff works.
