I have no doubt it can be done with enough shots, but to say "every time" is laughable. It's typical marketing hype not based in the physical real world. I've shot steel at just over 1200 myself and the round is certainly capable of long range accuracy. However, those distances are at the extreme end of the potential of this cartridge. Missing the wind call by 1 MPH will put you off target by over a foot. Maybe that shooter is that good but I doubt it. Even if he is, using him as an example in marketing and claiming those shots can be made every time is not completely honest IMO. I wish them the best though because their success benefits us all.
