I have one with a 12in barrel. I'll try to get pictures up tomorrow. Looking to build another one with an 18in or 20in barrel. So far, the parts list is Aero Precision lower and lower parts minus the trigger, CMC trigger pack, haven't decided on which stock but leaning towards the old school M-16 A2 full-length rifle stock. Upper will be Aero Precision with Aero rail. I'm torn on the barrel. I want a Faxon, but they are out of stock, and no ETA on the next batch. I've been looking at the 18in stainless, 5R, mid-length Brownells branded barrel with a matched bolt. The matching bolt solves the issue of not having headspace gauges. I'm not sure who makes it, but I've seen a couple of good reviews, and Brownells does have a good return policy. It will be after Christmas around mid-January before the build is ready, which is past out deer season, so that's a bummer. Anyone use the Brownells barrels before?
