As far as the 6.8 goes, I had one, well 2, and when I left them for the Grendel I never looked back.
Not to say if someone else likes it that's fine too.
I have mostly 20" Grrr barrels and it's a great length for me.
Easy to hand load for.
They can shoot well lots farther than I can!
Get nice, good barrels, not low-price rack grade, is all I suggest.
