Thats a pretty good deal.
I bought one of the Oryx chassis and stuck one of my minis in it. I have not warmed up to chassis rifles yet. Mine looks to set lower in the stock than the example in your picture.
Look forward to your findings with the pencil barrel. I had a 223 that would wander after very many rounds. Let it cool and it went back to original POA.
