I was able to fit 32.9 gr of Varget in a sized Hornady case at 1.510. So a volume of Varget weighs 96% of an equivalent volume of Precision. Or Precision is ~4% denser.

This is a Hornady max charge for a 123 of 28.9 grains of Varget in that case:

28.9 grains of Precision (which assumes the powders perform identically) will have the volume of 27.7 grains of Varget. This is 27.7 grains of Varget in that case. There's a visible difference, but it still going to be crunching significantly:
