If you want the same results as your SPC get a short Faxon barrel. If you want an immediate improvement over what you already have then I would choose 18-20" and a top-tier/Olympic grade barrel like Lilja, Bartlein or Kreiger. Otherwise you will be struggling to see the difference for the effort.
