Same question as OP but for a 16 gun. Velocity with Hornady black 123eldm is around 2400fps. According to ballistics app that gives me around 950 yards give or take.
Options are a 1-6x, 2.5-10x, 3-15x. Burris, Nightforce, and SWFA respectively.
Ill have an RMR on a 45 degree mount for the 2-10 or 3-15.
Yall think 3-15 would be too much for a knock around truck gun/zombie apocalypse rifle? Looking to best match scope to rifle capabilities I guess.
