This group was shot from a bipod and a rear bag. Though I've also shot off a front bag same results. I tried to measure my necks and calipers show they're equivalent and I should be getting a 0.0025 tension. I'm running a type S bushing die.
I did not have to adjust the die but on a few cases I did have to run them in more than once to get the bullet to seat to the depth I was looking for, so maybe that does indicated a neck tension issue? (I've seen videos where it made quite a bit of difference...) These cases, that was their 3rd firing.
