Happy2Shoot... You're right, you're wrong... LOL Set screws for gas blocks aren't knurled. They're installed using a hex-head (Allen Key) wrench. 10-32 x 3/16 set screws use a 3/32 hex wrench. "Knurled" in the set screw description is a typo, no doubt. I got the same picture you posted by googling "Machine Thumb Screws."
