We already established that your fired case necks are .300"-.302".

What barrel length, 20"
Gas system length,
Buffer type/weight,
Bolt carrier weight,
And receiver extension tube length(buffer tube-carbine or rifle)

....do you have?

Your symptoms can be caused by a lot of things:

Gas system could be over-dwelt/fast-gassed
Gas system could be under-dwelt/fast-gassed
Gas block might not be installed properly
Chamber could be really rough
Extractor could have too much or too little spring tension
