Wow I just looked and Hawaii falls under the 9th’s jurisdiction. Maybe some hope for some of these blue states.

And Oregon. We've gotten some more restrictive gun laws over the last few years including the so-called 'red flag' law. Nor can I loan a firearm to a friend any longer. I've been waiting for the hammer to drop on a mag ban. So far, with the help of the Oregon Firearms Federation ( https://www.oregonfirearms.org/ ) we've survived. This definitely lifts my spirits.
