Amend 2 Mag Bulge Problem

...the polymer mag bulge issue was supposed to have been resolved by going with a single stack design. This magazine was the fix for having a polymer Grendel magazine in a typical AR15 format.

It looks to me like the Amend2 magazine bulges when loaded because it is not a single-stack design, but a double-stack that transitions to a (short) single-stack.

If the wall thickness is the same as for the 5.56 mags, stuffing a double stack of 0.44" cartridges into a space sized for 0.37" rounds seems guaranteed to bulge.
