I have recently built a Larue UU kit with Larue lower, a Grendel Hunter with Hiperfire trigger and a double star lower with BCM grip and but stock, and a SOGLW East India Match grade upper with a PSA MLok free float fore end that I put on my old Stag Arms lower with BCM grip and butt stock.
The Larue impresses me. The fit, finish, and machining are all impeccable. A step above the others in my opinion. All of the weapons shoot better than I can. If I had to pick one for shtf or anything like that it would be the Larue. Its a little heavier but its solid. It shoots great and seems tough as nails. With the lower it was just under 1k total and it has the nicest trigger Ive felt on an AR.
