Welcome to the forum MISportsman. Assembling a lower is not difficult. Best price Ive seen for a stripped lower is Primary Arms who has Anderson stripped lowers for $48. Get a LaRue MBT 2S trigger, LPK minus trigger and grip then order the stock and grip of your choice. The real difference between stripped lowers are the roll mark identifying the manufacture. Aero Precision upper and lowers get good reviews but more expensive.
Watch for sales at PSA, Joeboboutfiiters, Primary Arms and Right to Bear. Even in the buying frenzy you might find the parts to get a lower.
