Glad I saw this, Ive been on the verge of ordering a drop in 6mm ARC barrel from them. Not now, no way. Twice as long as quoted, and then no explanation, apology or the offer of a refund? Stuff happens, I get it but they should have contacted you with the reason for the delay. Its a 2 minute email. If thats too much trouble for them to keep their customers in the loop, I dont want do business with them. Having to constantly make inquiries is a red flag for me.
