I dont usually comment on such threads, but, I ordered one 4-30-20. That is three people that we know of just on this forum days apart.
I picked up a lathe a couple of years ago. I had an XP action I decided to do as a project. My mentor, good friend, hunting buddy is a tool and die maker with a lot of knowledge that has helped and encouraged me. We chambered this barrel and I have to say I will never get mad over time with a smith again. I had an extractor put in a bolt after that. I said I wasnt in a hurry but it took longer than I figured. But, it wasnt his bread and butter for the shop either. Did a fantastic job btw.
The old saying, good-fast-cheap, you only get to pick two.
Turn around times are a rough estimate. Some sooner some later.
I myself look forward to getting my new one and have another one in the works with them.
