That would mean that the McCloskeys are idiots. I don't believe they are idiots. Using a gun manipulated to be inoperable (that you could change back) as a lethal force bluff in a situation where you think there may be violence is just plain stupid. The McCloskeys are personal injury lawyers. I would want to know exactly which case it was in which the firearm was used in court for this purpose.
