From the hit piece, all I could discern is the McClosky's know how to use the legal system.

An interesting view. What I got from the fact-filled article that you denigrate as a "hit piece" is that the McCloskeys are dishonest, vicious, vindictive individuals who misuse the legal system to try to punish people, and to try to steal things that don't belong to them.
