The demand is so high on rifles and carbines right now, that rifle-builders and manufacturers have zero incentive to sell out parts, since parts are in such high-demand by everyone in the industry. When you stack the margins of a bunch of parts, combined with your craftsmanship, there is more opportunity for reward than making $5-$20 on a lower. Templar has one of the best forged lowers out there, since they have a captivated rear takedown pin detent channel, and a funneled mag well, plus 7075 T6 aluminum. When he was selling them at $65 was the time to grab one.
