Prosecuting them is pretty pretty on that DA's part. Would never happen in most rural counties, at least in our parts.
It's a good argument for jury nullification when DA's go rogue against 2A.
It sure would be wise for the McCloskeys to take some firearms classes though. That might be a good outcome. It sure appeared they were sweeping each other.
