Dead on Arrival

First shot and 3rd shot was no mag. Only the 2nd has a mag and it tried to double feed. The first shot the case didn’t come out. It was tipped up towards the top of the rifle and had the bolt wedged open. I took a screwdriver to push the casing down and it fell out. I’ll try to shoot it again with just 1 in the mag to see if it locks back. Also it’s an 18” barrel. I took the handguard off and the gas tube is aligned and seems to be working properly testing the flow back to the bolt.

I also did clean the bore and barrel before shooting. Just looking closely at the extractor it just has some markings on it that worry’s me with only 3 rounds fired.
