Considering magneto speed chrono

i did notice the v3 has a rail mount, i could work with that. but at 399 i would question if i should just get a labradar for 559 or not

For me, money wasn’t an object. I don’t see the V3 or the labradar being all that expensive. I went with the V3 because it suits me better. Once I get the load that shoots best for me. I load up several hundred. Then I chronograph five,and get an average.That number and my Ballistic app is enough to get me on paper at 600yrds.
But some guys like to chronograph every shot.I wouldn’t want to shoot out to 600 yards with the V3 attached to my muzzle.And that’s where the labradar excels.I used to think that the V3 was much better.But now that my shooting buddy got a labradar,I can see why people like it so much. It would be ideal if you knew people that owned one of each. So you can see the pros and cons of owning each them.They both have their pros and cons.
My choice will always be the V3. Because it’s compact and I can set it up just as quickly as I can pack it up(2min).But they are really two different camps. So you have to ask yourself,do I want to chronograph every shot? If you do ,get the labradar.
